How to Disable Windows 10 Automatic Updates
In Windows 10 Professional Edition (Desktop) :
Step 1: From the Start Menu Settings , Go to Control Panel
Step 2: In Control Panel Options, Select System and Security
Step 3: Select Windows Update.
Step 4: In Windows update options select Change Settings.
Step 5: Now select the option "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them"
Step 6: Then Click Ok
Now system will will check for updates, but never download or install them without your permission.
