Changing the Regional Settings in Windows 10

In Windows 10 Professional Edition (Desktop) :

Step 1: From the Start Menu Settings , Go to Time & Language

Step 2: In Time & Language Tab, Select Region and Language option.

Step 3: Region and Language Tab select your Country or Region from a drop down menu.

Step 4: Then Click Ok
